In general, the work consists of removing and replacing existing fencing at six of the City’s CSO river structures along the Ottawa River. These structures include Collett, Gate Structure C, Heindel, McDonel, Central, and Lovers. Buildings at five of the river structures are to be repainted and doors are to be replaced. McDonel, Central and Lovers include utility line extensions to upgrade the current single-phase power to three phase, new generators and transfer switches.
