Sealed Bids for the City of Carmel, Indiana’s “Well 29” project, will be received by the City of Carmel, Indiana, ("Owner") at the following address: 1000 S. Range Line Road, Carmel, IN 46032. Bids will be received until Wednesday December 4, 2024, at 9:45 AM, local time. Any Bid received after this time will be returned to the Bidder unopened. The Bids will be publicly opened and read during the Board of Public Works meeting which will start at 10:00 AM December 4, 2024. Bid envelopes should be clearly marked "Bid Enclosed – Well 29 on the outside of the envelope and as otherwise specified in the “Instructions to Bidders”. Please order the Bid such that the “Bid Summary” is the first page when opened.

Job Purchase Information:

Downloadable and Printed Sets of Bidding Documents may be ordered per the options listed on the Order page (plus $19.95 Processing Fee/ECO Fee, and Shipping/Delivery and Tax when applicable). Credit Card or Eastern Engineering Charge Account required (before printing) for purchases.

If you need your documents shipped, although the system will ask for your shipper number, plan holders will not be able to ship using their own shipper numbers for this job. Shipping charges (based on the weight of one set - see Spec Sheets tab) are paid to Eastern Engineering and are posted on the Spec Sheets tab.
