Sealed Bids for the City of Carmel, Indiana’s “Well 29” project, will be received by the City of Carmel, Indiana, ("Owner") at the following address: 1000 S. Range Line Road, Carmel, IN 46032. Bids will be received until Wednesday December 4, 2024, at 9:45 AM, local time. Any Bid received after this time will be returned to the Bidder unopened. The Bids will be publicly opened and read during the Board of Public Works meeting which will start at 10:00 AM December 4, 2024. Bid envelopes should be clearly marked "Bid Enclosed – Well 29 on the outside of the envelope and as otherwise specified in the “Instructions to Bidders”. Please order the Bid such that the “Bid Summary” is the first page when opened.
