Sealed Bids for the City of Carmel, Indiana’s “West Ground Storage Tank” project, will be received by the City of Carmel, Indiana, ("Owner") at the following address: Office of the Clerk of the City Carmel City Hall (third floor), 1 Civic Square, Carmel, IN 46032. Bids will be received until Wednesday November 20, 2024, at 9:45 AM, local time. Any Bid received after this time will be returned to the Bidder unopened. The Bids will be publicly opened and read during the Board of Public Works meeting which will start at 10:00 AM November 20, 2024. Bid envelopes should be clearly marked "Bid Enclosed - West Ground Storage Tank” on the outside of the envelope and as otherwise specified in the “Instructions to Bidders”. Please order the Bid such that the “Bid Summary” is the first page when opened.
