A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. local time at the Metzger Pump Station, 899 Metzger Road, Lima, Ohio 45810. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

To be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked "BID FOR (City of Lima, Ohio; Metzger Pump Station Improvement)" to the Mayor of the City of Lima, Ohio, attention Purchasing Department of the City of Lima, Ohio; Municipal Center, 50 Town Square, Lima, Ohio 45801, before 10:00 a.m., Lima Time, on Wednesday, May 22. At which time, they will be publicly opened and ready. Outside of the envelope not being properly marked may result in Bid not being received, by the Purchasing Department, before the deadline, and could result in Bid being disqualified. Please complete all forms included in the Bid Specifications. Forms not being filled out correctly and/or completely may result in Bid being disqualified.
